摘要
目的:观察紫黄精片对免疫力低下人群的细胞和体液免疫功能的影响。方法:观察紫黄精片服药前后患者的细胞、体液免疫功能、证候总积分、症状积分的变化。结果:紫黄精片有显著提高免疫功能低下患者血清IgG、补体C3、CD3、CD4水平的作用(P<0.05);降低患者服药后的证侯总积分,对免疫功能低下患者疲倦乏力等症状有显著改善作用。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Zihuangjiug Pills （ZHJP） on cellular and humoral immunity of hypoimmunity people. Methods ： Cellular and humoral immunity, total score of symptoms and scores of symptoms were evaluated before and after ZHJP medication. Results and conclusion： ZHJP can significantly inereaso the level of IgG, complement 3, CD3 and CD4 （ P 〈 0.05 ） . It can also reduce the total score of symptoms after ZHJP medication, and obviously relieve the symptoms of hypeimmunity people such as fatigue.
