摘要
为满足三峡工程f_1096断层深孔高压化学灌浆阻塞的需要,研制了适合于深孔高压化学灌浆的孔内灌浆塞,灌浆塞材料性能、阻塞压力、深孔拔塞、疲劳试验等方面的研究结果表明,研制的灌浆塞性能可靠、管路简单、阻塞效果好、操作方便、劳动强度低,并在三峡工程f_1050断层深孔高压化学灌浆中得到成功的应用,是一种较为理想的灌浆塞。
In order to meet the requirement of chemical grouting packing in deep and high pressure hole in ft0~ fault of TGP,the packer suitable to chemical grouting in deep and high pressure hole was developed.The research results of material properties of packer,packing pressure, packer pulling in deep hole,fatigue etc.demonstrate that the properties of the developed packer is reliable,pipe line is simple,packing effect is sati- sfactory,operation is easy,work strength is low.The developed packer is successfully used in deep and high pressure chemical grouting in f_(1096)and f_(1050)faults,so it is a relatively ideal packer.
