摘要
采用正交试验,优化建立了西兰花中吡蚜酮残留量的高效液相色谱分析方法。西兰花经乙腈和二氯甲烷提取,柱层析净化后,最佳检测条件为柱温20℃、流动相为乙腈-水(体积比为85:15)、进样量10μL、流速1mL/min。该方法对吡蚜酮的最小检出量为1.0×10-10g,最低检出质量浓度为0.005mg/kg,西兰花平均添加回收率为87.29%~93.60%,符合农药残留检测要求。
An efficient method for analysis of residual Pyrnetrozine was developed. Aetonitrile and methylene chloride were first employed to extract Pyrnetrozine from the broccoli, followed by purification with ethyl acetate, and then HPLC to quantify. An orthogonal experimental program of experimental runs were conducted to produce the best combination of four important factors; temperature: 20 ℃, aeetonitrile/water: 85/15, sample size: 10 μL, fluid flow: 1 mL/min. The minimum detectable quantity (LOQ) was 1.0 × 10^-10 g, while the limit of detection (LOD) was 0. 005 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0. 78%-3.14%, and the overall recovery was between 87.29%-93.60%. The measurements of this method have the precision required for detection of pesticide residues.
