摘要
运用数据包络分析法对行业协会的绩效评价进行研究鲜有耳闻。借助数据包络分析法,对22个湖南省省级行业协会的绩效相对有效性进行了深入研究,发现样本行业协会总体效率一般,存在很大的改进空间;非DEA有效的行业协会所占比重较大,应引起有关部门的高度重视。论文从"投影定理"出发,帮助行业协会寻找到实现DEA有效的正确路径。
The data envelopment analytical method is scarcely adopted in the research on the performance evaluation of trade association. With the help of this method, a thorough research has been conducted on the relative validity of the performance of 22 province - level trade association in Hunan. The result of the research is that the overall performance of the sample association is average, which leaves much leeway for improvement. The percentage of the non - DEA effective association is comparatively high, which should attract the attention of the relevant departments. Based on Projection Theorem, this essay aims at assisting the trade association in searching for a correct path to the realization of DEA -effective.
