摘要
作者在该文中就Ｎｏ．７信令网的规范要点，阐述了我国Ｎｏ．７信令网的等级结构，并针对国家ＨＳＴＰ网组建的情况下，提出了Ｃ３本地网实现ＬＳＴＰ的方案及步骤。
This paper expounds the graded construction of No.7 singnalling network,according to the main point of our native norm on No.7 singnalling network,and aimed at building national HSTP network, puts forword a plan and steps to realize the LSTP in local network.
