摘要
根据时代发展的新要求,不断总结历史经验,是中国共产党的优良作风。党的十七大对十一届三中全会以来改革开放历史经验作了科学总结,主要表现在以下几个方面:在回顾近30年改革开放的伟大历程时,充分肯定了党的三代中央领导集体对中国特色社会主义的探索和贡献;十七大提出的"十个结合"是对改革开放基本经验的精辟概括;对中国特色社会主义理论体系的新概括。十七大对十一届三中全会以来改革开放历史经验的科学总结,对于我们在改革开放的伟大实践中,高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,坚持走中国特色社会主义道路,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义理论体系,继续推进理论创新和实践创新,具有重要指导意义。
It＇s one of the CPC＇s excellent virtues to make consistent conclusion of the historical experience to meet the new requirements called for by the epoch. The 17th National Congress of the CPC made a scientific conclusion of the historical experience of the reform and opening - up cause since the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party, which had been manifested in the following aspects ： having made a sufficient confirmation of the explorations and contributions on the socialism with Chinese characteristics made by the three generations of the central leading collective when looking backward at the great reform and opening - up cause over the past three decades ; the ＂Ten Connections＂ put forward on the 17th National Congress of the CPC made an incisive summary of the basic experience of the reform and opening -up cause; having made a new summary of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The scientific conclusion made on the 17th National Congress of the CPC possessed the guiding significance for us to hold high the great banner of the socialism with Chinese charac- teristics, to persist in the road of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, to adhere to and develop the theoretical system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and to push on theoretical and practical innovation in the great reform and openingup practice.
