摘要
在通信领域，纠错技术有着广泛的应用，它能有效地改善通信系统的传输性能。作者在本文中主要是对应用于Ｈ．２６１建议视频信号纠错的ＢＣＨ（５１１，４９３）码的编译码进行理论上的探讨，从而指导硬件电路的设计与实现。
In the area of communication,the error correcting technology has a very wide application,and it can improve effectively the performance of communication.This paper makes a theoretical study of encoding and decoding of BCH(511,493)error correcting code applied in the transmission of video signals in H.261,and this study serves as a guide to the design and implementation of circuit.
