摘要
国家政权与社会表演历来就有非常紧密的关系,恰如手之掌背。400多年前的莎士比亚虽然没有从理论上明确地提出他有关国家政权的社会表演思想,但是却从他的著名作品《李尔王》及李尔等人的悲惨命运及国家政权的最后分崩离析告诫世人:社会表演对于国家政权具有何等重要的意义。从社会表演意识的缺失、政治仪式、角色转换、社会表演的中性定义等内容入手探讨李尔王等人的悲惨性结局所展现的国家政权与社会表演不可或缺的关系,这将是对莎士比亚悲剧《李尔王》的再认识。
Just like a hand having its palm and back, the state political power and the social performance have had a very close relation so far. Although Shakespeare hasn' t shown theoretically about his thoughts on the relationship between the stale political power and the social performance, he extended his thoughts in his world - famous tragedy King Lear. That is, the social performance has a very significant meaning towards the state political power. This paper discusses King Lear' s tragedy from the aspects of the vacancy of performance awareness, political rituals, character transformation and the neutral definition of social performance, to find out the indispensable relation between the state political power and the social performance. This will be a new understanding of Shakespeare' s tragedy King Lear.
