LLSXF胶片对软X射线的宽容度测量

摘要 X射线胶片是电磁内爆模拟技术研究(Z-pinch)中辐射图像记录的重要媒质.本文针对Z-pinch辐射特性,采用特殊方法制备了兼具大的高感颗粒、略小的中感颗粒和更小的低感颗粒的氯-溴-碘化银微晶乳剂,并使各不同粒径微晶具有特定的晶型和分布几率,调控涂布工艺参数,得到分辨率较高、宽容度大的软X射线胶片(LLSXF).利用北京同步辐射装置作光源,测试了该胶片的宽容度值,并分析了影响宽容度的因素. X-ray film is very important for the detection of Z-pinch radiography. According to the character of Z-pinch radiation, the present paper prepared a large latitude soft X-ray film (LLSXF) to obtain more valuable information. Silver halide emulsions covered on the film contained 3 kinds of AgBr/Cl/I grains, which included large grains with high sensitivity, small grains with common sensitivity and smaller grains with low-sensitivity, and the distribution and morphology of the grains were controlled. The latitude of LLSXF film was measured by synchrotron radiation soft X-rays in Beijing and the factors influenced the latitude were analyzed.
