摘要
在微处理机系统中，存储器的访问速度对微处理器性能的发挥有极大的影响。本文给出了以i860为微处理器的页方式DRAM设计方案，以比较简单的技制线路来提高DRAM的访问速度。
The access speed of memory has a great influence on the developing of fuction of micro-processor.This paper introduces a design of i860 micro-processor Page Mode DRAM,and a design of its simple controller to raise the access of DRAM.
