摘要
目的:研究绵头雪莲的化学成分。方法:通过各种层析技术分离和纯化化合物,并利用光谱方法及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从绵头雪莲中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为洋蓟苦素(1),3α,8α-二羟基-11βH-11,13-二氢去羟木香内酯(2),川木香内酯(3),3α-羟基-11βH-11,13-二氢去羟木香内酯8-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(4),3β-羟基-5α,6α-环氧-7-megastigmen-9 酮(5),金合欢素(6),香豆素(7),紫丁香苷(8),苯甲基葡萄糖苷(9),对羟基苯乙酮(10),对羟基甲苯(11),β-香树脂醇(12),胡萝卜苷(13),尿苷(14)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
AIM： To study the chemical constituents of Saussurea laniceps. METHODS： The chemical con- stituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data. RESULTS： Fourteen compounds were isolated and elucidated as cyuaropicrin （1）, 3a, 8a-dihydroxy-11βH-11,13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone （2）, mokko lactone （3）, 3a-hydroxy-11βH-11, 13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone 8-O-β-D-glucoside （4）, 3β-hydroxy-5a, 6u-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one （5）, acacetin （6）, coumarin （7）, syringin （8）, benzylglucopyranoside （9）, 4＇-hydroxyacetophenone （10）, 4-methylphenol （11）, β-amyrin （12）, daucosterol （13） and uridine （14）. CONCLUSION： All fourteen compounds were isolated from the title plant for the first time.
