摘要
物流是贯穿于制造业生产及经营所有过程的实物、信息的流动,对企业的生产成本和竞争力有重要影响。当前,制造业的生产方式正处于变革之中,精益生产、大规模定制、敏捷制造逐渐成为制造企业提高竞争力的路径选择。制造业的变革必然要求有与其相适应的现代物流来提供服务。现代物流的特征主要表现为服务社会化、业务流程电子化信息化、信息传递网络化、功能集成化。但在现实中,我国物流业的发展还远没有达到现代物流所具有的一系列特征,因此,采取措施,加快我国现代物流业的发展,应成为提高我国制造业竞争力的路径之一。
logistic is to service the flow of materials, goods and information in the manufacturing and it can affect the cost and competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Today, the method of producing are changing in the manufacturing, lean production, mass customization and agile manufacturing are becoming the ways to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The change of manufacturing needs the logistic to transform, that is to say, it needs modern logistic service whose characters are service socialization, electronic operation, information transferring in the network and eompositive function. In our current economy, the development of logistic hasn't possessed the above characters. Thus, quickening the development of our logistic industry should be the way to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing.
