摘要
目的了解安庆市疾病预防控制机构(CDC)健康教育资源现状,找出适合安庆市健康教育发展的对策,为更好地开展全市健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷对全市CDC及其健康教育在职人员进行调查,并查阅相关文件和资料。结果全市共有10家CDC,健康教育专业人员缺乏,素质不高,人员培训次数少、时间短,设备简陋,经费投入不足,活动开展项目较少、形式单一。结论有必要加大健康教育工作重视程度,加强健康教育人才培养和培训,确保健康教育工作的基本仪器设备配置,加大健康教育经费投入,开展形式多样的健康教育活动,满足社会和人民群众需要。
Objective To learn about the resources of health education in the Center of Disease Prevention and Control （CDC） in Anqing City, and find out suitable measures for educational development of health so as to provide scientific evidence for the task of health education. Methods CDC serving officers of health education in the city were investigated with self-administered questionnaires, relevant documents, and information as complement. Results It was found that there were ten institutions in the city, all with a lack in health education professionals, and with poor-qualified staff, which may have resulted from few training opportunities, poor equipment, the funding shortage as well as few activities of the project. Conclusions Special attention should be paid to health education, and personnel training on health education should be strengthened, to ensure that the basic equipment is available. Meanwhile, more funds should be allotted to health education, and all kinds of activities should be carried out to meet the needs of the community and the people.
