脑源性神经营养因子与阿尔茨海默病的关系 被引量：1

摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是一种广泛分布于哺乳类动物脑中的一种蛋白。近年来的研究表明其对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的临床症状和病理改变有重要影响。此文就BNDF的基因、转录物、功能、与AD的关系、在AD时功能和表达降低的原因、及仍有待研究的问题作一综述。
