摘要
目的研究广东省某理工科大四学生社会支持与人格特征的关系,为进行针对性的干预提供依据。方法采用自行设计一般项目调查表、艾森克个性测量问卷(EPQ)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对大四学生进行进行测评。结果19.49%的学生睡眠质量较差;男生精神质(P)量表分明显高于常模(P<0.001),在外向性(E)量表得分上,男女生得分均高于常模(均P<0.01);社会支持量表得分最高的是朋友支持,其次是家庭支持。多元逐步回归分析发现,总的领悟社会支持进入精神质P分方程,朋友支持进入内外向E分方程。结论不但要重视大学生所面对的外界压力和得到的社会支持,更重要的是培养大学生一系列社会技能。
Objective To study the relationship between the society support and the personality characteristic of the seniors in key science and technology universities in order toprovide basis for the pertinent interventions. Methods The seniors were assessed with the self-designed general state questionnaires, the EPQ, the PSQI and the PSSS. Results The sleep qualities of 19. 49% students were poor. The spirit scores (P) of the boys were obviously higher than those of the normal (P〈 0. 001). On the extrovert score (E), the scores of both boys and girls were higher than those of the normal (P 〈0.01). The highest score of the society support questionnaires was that of the friend support, which was followed by the family support. In the equations, the total realization social supports entered the equation of the spirit score (P), and the friend support entered the equation of the extrovert score (E). Conclusions The emphasis should not only be laid upon the external pressures and the society support that they get, but also upon the training of a series of social skills.
