摘要
电影片名具有其独特的语言特色和丰富的民族文化内涵,同时它也是电影艺术性和票房商业性一体化的集中体现。然而汉英两种文化、语言存在很大的差异,因此像产品一样对英文电影片名进行"本土化"调整———改写,则是为了更好地避免由于两国文化不同而带来的文化冲突,从而使成功改写成的汉语电影片名更能符合中国观众的口味,而且能够有效地扩大英文电影在中国市场的票房。
As far as the different cultures and languages of Chinese show their artistic and commercial features contained in the English and English are concerned, the English film headlines language and culture. Therefore, the commercial strategy of "local adaptation", namely rewriting, is used as an effective method of translating the English film headlines so as to maintain their lingual and cultural features.
