摘要
针对白龙煤矿大断面复合泥岩顶板切眼的支护难题,项目组提出了预应力桁架锚索组合支护系统进行大断面的巷道围岩控制。本文研究了预应力桁架锚索组合支护的机理,结合现场实际生产情况,运用计算机数值模拟方法进行桁架锚索组合支护方案参数优化设计。该方案在白龙煤矿2-1101大采高综采面切眼进行了现场试验,取得了成功,产生了显著的技术经济效益,具有良好的推广应用前景。
As regards the support problem of large cross section compound mudstone roof starting cut in Bailong colliery, the combined support system with pre-stress truss cable is put forward for the controlling of surrounding rocks of roadway on large cross-section. This article investigates the mechanism of the composite support system with pre-stress truss cable, combined with the practical production and adopting a computer numerical simulation to make a parameters optimal design of the truss cable combination support scheme. The scheme has been successfully used in No. 2-1101 fully mechanized face starting cut of Bailong colliery. This generates significant technology and economic benefits, with good prospects for promoting and application.
