摘要
本文介绍的皮带运输机故障检测系统,是通过采用测量电机转矩的新方法,来实现对皮带运输机出现的打滑、断带、过负载、联轴器断开等故障进行自动检测,同时进行声光报警,并自动控制皮带运输机和有关相应设备停止运行和供料。
This paper introduces a trouble detecting system of conveyer belt, which applies a new method to autotest the trouble, such as： skidding, break belt, overload, coupling disconnection, et al. At the same time, asousto-optic alarm about the trouble of conveyers belt and stop to run relation appliance and feed.
