摘要 嵌布粒度极细的微细粒弱磁性铁矿(小于20μm),已超出现有选别设备工艺的极限,微细铁矿物颗粒无法有效回收,造成有用矿物大量流失。于是,人们在现有条件下,开始寻求处理微细粒弱磁性铁矿的新工艺。在诸多选矿新工艺中,选择性絮凝法处理微细粒弱磁性铁矿有着较强的生命力,从理论到实践均发展较快。本文介绍了选择性絮凝工艺分选微细粒弱磁性铁矿的原理与方法,总结了近年来的研究成果,并提出了选择性絮凝工艺的发展趋势。 The existing classification equipment craft is limited mostly because of microfine weakly mag- netic iron minerals (〈20μm). The tiny iron ore is unable to recycle effectively, bring about a large of useful minerals running off, therefore people begin to explore the new craft under now available condition. In many new processing crafts, the selectivity flocculation technology has a stronger vitality. Both theory and practice have developed quickly. In this paper the principle and the method of mierofine weakly magnetic iron mineral selectivity flocculation are introduced and the current status of the application are reviewed, then analyzed the development trends in the future.
