摘要
山西省煤炭资源丰富,煤质优良,为国家的建设做出了重要贡献;同时,煤炭开发也严重破坏了山西省的生态环境。在未来国家快速发展过程中,山西省在煤炭供给方面,仍将继续发挥重要作用。为此,必须加强煤炭资源的合理规划,加大煤炭资源的勘查力度,提高煤炭资源保障程度;培育煤炭矿业权市场,加强政府的监管;加快矿区环境治理力度,走绿色开采道路;提高煤炭回采率,调整煤炭工业结构,提高煤炭综合利用程度。
Coal resource of Shanxi province is abundant, and coal quality is good, it has made enormous contribution to state construction; meanwhile coal industry development also can cause the destruction of ecological environment. During future rapid development of state, Shanxi province will still play an important role in domestic coal supply, thus, should strengthen reasonable planning of coal resource and prospecting intensity, improve guarantee degree of coal resource; cultivate coal mining right market, strengthen government supervisionl accelerate environment treatment of mine area, pursue a pathway of green mining; improve coal recovery rate, adjust coal industrial structure and improve the comprehensive utilization degree.
