摘要
高等职业院校数字图书馆的定位主要表现为三个重要特征:围绕本校特色专业群进行数字化资源建设与服务,同时关注学术资源和教学资源,重视现代信息手段在建设数字化资源中的作用。围绕上述定位,高等职业院校数字图书馆需要在技术系统构建、业务机构重组、人员队伍建设、服务模式调整等方面采取相应的策略。
Internet and digital technology bring up opportunities as well as challenges to the library and information management and services. Higher vocational college libraries should have a clear understanding of its orientation and choose suitable strategies in its digital library construction. Its orientation mainly embodies in following approaches. First, we should develop the digital collections and services by focusing on the featured groups of our college. Second, we should give great attention to academic and didactical resources and make good use of modern information technology. Therefore, it is necessary for higher vocational college libraries to take corresponding measures in its technology system establishment, the organizational restructuring, its human resource management, the adjustment of service mode and so on.
