摘要
详细介绍了上海交通大学图书馆所开展的"学科及咨询馆员素质教育培训计划"的准备、组织、培训内容与实施过程,介绍了一种新型的信息素质考核评价方式——情景法,包括内涵、目标、构建过程及具体内容。最后,结合馆员培训实践,总结了几点体会。
Abstract: This paper introduces a case study of information literacy (IL) training for librarian in Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library(SJTUL) , including its preparation, organization, contents and implementations. Specially, information scenario, a new method for IL evaluation is put forward in details, and definition, objective, design of information scenario is provided. Some ideas are presented in the end.
