摘要
雷经天任陕甘宁边区高等法院院长期间,结合陕甘宁边区司法实践,系统地阐述了陕甘宁边区的司法制度的性质、司法制度、改造犯人的思想,对陕甘宁边区的法制建设做出了重要贡献。
When Lei Jingtian took charge of the chief of ShanGanNing border area＇s supreme court, combined with the judicial practice in ShanGanNing border area, he explained ShanGanNing border area charter of legal system, the judicial system and the idea about how to remoud the prisonors＇ ideology. What he had done made a great contribution to the legal system construction of the ShanGanNing border area.
