对我国化妆品市场的现状和前景作了简要分析,并从当前品牌竞争格局的角度分析了国内市场护肤品的品牌竞争状况,深入研究本土化妆品公司在化妆品生产与经营过程中面临的机遇与挑战。并分别从形象策略、公关策略、产品策略、价格策略以及促销与渠道策略等多角度提出本土化妆品品牌实施品牌推广战略的建议与思路。
Status and prospect of Chinese cosmetic industry were analyzed. The opportunities and challenges faced by local cosmetic companies were studied deeply. The recommendations of local cosmetic brands implemented were put forward from the market strategies, brand strategies, price stratgeies, promotions and multi-channel stragegies.
