摘要
从国际和国内两个方面概述了当前日用化学品行业环境政策法规、污染物治理措施等环境管理现状。通过对比分析欧美日化行业的工业废水污染物的排放规范,介绍了我国日用化学品行业污染物排放、清洁生产等环境标准制定状况及今后工作的思路和方法。
The policies and regulations of environmental management concerning the current daily chemical production industry form home and abroad were generally reviewed in this paper. By the comparison with the regulations of pollutant discharge of Europe and the United States, not only demonstrated the progress of pollutant regulation making, such as emission of daily chemical industry pollutant and clean production, but also demonstrated how we will do in the future.
