业主方的合同管理有自己的特点,与设计、施工、供货和建设项目总承包方等的合同管理既有联系又有区别,既有共同点也有差异。文章深入研究了业主方如何从实际和自身特点出发,开展全过程全寿命的合同管理工作。
Owner's contract management and the contract management of the deviser, the contractor, the supplier, the general contractor and so on both relates in every way and distinguishes, also has the common ground also to have the diversity, namely has its characteristic. How therefore owner does embark from the reality, rested on own characteristic to develop the entire process, the life cYcle contract management work.
