摘要
投资控制是业主单位在三大控制中最为关注也最难的控制。文章结合工作实际,从工程项目的设计、施工、竣工结算3个阶段入手,分析业主在各阶段投资控制存在的风险,阐述了各阶段工作的重点。
Investment control is the most difficult and most noteworthy item in the three controls for owners. From the three procedures of design, construction and completion, combined with practice, this paper analyzes the risks of investment control in every procedure for owner and describes the key points in every procedure.
