摘要
实行工程量清单计价招标,使得其评标方法有别于定额计价模式下评标方法。文章在利用层次分析法的基础上,研究了基于价值工程的工程量清单计价评标方法,为推行工程量清单计价招标的规范化评标作出一定的尝试。
The implementation of bidding by bill price, made the bid evaluation method different from the method of norm price. This article researched into evaluation methods of bill price based on value engineering, and gave us a small case.
