摘要 介绍了表面接枝聚合和亲水整理剂的吸附固着2种后整理方法对涤纶织物服用舒适性能的改善,指出目前这2种方法的整理剂存在着整理后耐洗性不好或价格昂贵或整理剂不符合环保要求等缺点,且这些整理剂只是提高了织物的亲水性和抗静电性,属于涤纶织物单一性能的舒适性整理剂。提出了涤纶亲水性整理剂应向着环保、绿色、一剂多能的方向发展的观点。最后阐述了用天然环保型整理剂壳聚糖整理涤纶织物可提高织物的吸湿性、透气透湿性、抗菌性等性能,且整理效果具有耐久性,对环境无污染,此法是发展高附加值新型纺织品的手段,也是突破国外"绿色壁垒"的利器。 This article clarifies the effects of two finishing methods, the surface graft polymerization and the absorption of hydrophilic finishing agent, to improve the comfort property of polyester fabrics. It points out some defects in the two methods, for example: undurable finishing effects,expensiveness or pollution to environment,and the fact that these finishing agentsonly just improve the moisture and antistatic property and belong to signal finishment agent. It further points out that the development of comfort finishment is directed towards environment protection, green, one agent more performances. At last it concludes that the finishment of natural environmental finishment of chitosan to polyester fabric can improve the moisture permeability, breath property, bacteria repellency,and so on, and the effect is durable and environmental. This method is the way to develop high additional novelty fabric, and the way to break through the "green barrier" of abroad.
