摘要
研究了关于0#空心胶囊灌装0.5 g胶囊剂的创新工艺,采用干法、湿法混合制粒技术,并采用国外最新辅料解决"因增大堆密度而导致溶出度降低"这一难题。结果表明,有4个品种0#空心胶囊灌装0.5 g胶囊剂采用该工艺后取得成功。
We use the granulation technology of the drys and the wets mixing, and adopt the newest supplementary materials from abroad to solve the difficult problem of "the increase of the heap's density resulting in the reduction of the solubility". Four varieties of 0# hollow capsules to fill 0.5 g capsules use this technology successfally.
