摘要
针对稠油脱水困难的问题,利用纳米SiO2的表面效应对现有常规聚醚破乳剂进行改性,采用表面接枝聚合法合成了纳米SiO2改性破乳剂。纳米SiO2具有粒径小、比表面积大的特性,通过对其进行表面改性处理,消除了纳米SiO2团聚现象,然后将其与常规聚醚破乳剂进行表面接枝聚合,合成了稠油高效破乳剂。室内评价结果和孤东四号聚合站的现场应用结果表明,纳米SiO2改性破乳剂比常规破乳剂破乳脱水效果好,不但破乳脱水速度快,而且脱出水清,脱水性能提高20%。
Considering the difficult to dehydrate heavy oil, a new demulsifier for heavy oil is developed using graft copolymerization with modified nano-sized silica and two pieces of block polyether and TDI. Nano-sized silica has small grain diameter and large surface area; and its reunion is prevented by surface treatment. After that, graft polymerization is conducted with normal polyether demulsifier to create high effective heavy oil demulsifier. Lab tests and in-situ applications in the Gudong-4 aggregation station show that, compared with traditional one, the nano-sized silica demusifier has better in dehydration effectiveness, higher dehydration speed, cleaner water of dehydration, and dehydration improved by 20 %.
