天然气再燃/先进再燃降低NO排放的实验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study on NO Reduction by Natural Gas Reburning and Advanced Reburning

摘要 在热态脱硝装置上进行了天然气再燃、先进再燃还原NO的实验,研究了影响脱硝效率的主要因素,以期为天然气再燃应用于工程实践提供借鉴和参考。研究结果表明,最佳再燃温度约为1150℃,最佳过量空气系数范围是0.7-0.8,再燃区最佳停留时间在0.3-0.4S之间,并且随着天然气/NO比值和NH3/NO比值的增加脱硝效率逐渐增加,实验脱硝效率在70%-95%。 Experimets of natural gas reburning and natural gas advanced reburning to deoxidize NO are carried out on the thermal equipment to reduce emission of NOx ,and some key factors that affect the reduction of NO are studied to offer instructions and references on natural gas reburning using in engineering practice. Results of the experiments show that the optimum temperature of reburning is 1150℃, the optimum range of stoichiometric ration is 0.7-0.8,and the optimum range of resident time is 0.3-0.4 s,the NO removal efficiency increas with the enhancement of the molar ratio of natural gas to NO and the molar ratio of NH3 to NO. The experimental NO removal efficiency is 70%-95%.
