摘要
主要针对上海锅炉厂有限公司在引进、吸收美国ALSTOM公司循环流化床锅炉技术方面对设计、制造、投运的首批135 MWe级CFB锅炉在启动低负荷阶段易出现冷、热屏和悬吊管超温问题,通过在实炉对各级过热器进行了焓增试验,进而更了解CFB锅炉的传热特性及各段过热器受热面的吸热量分配状况以及运行方式对其影响,为查找和解决问题及完善热力计算提供修正依据。
As a result of cold-panel, hot-panel and suspending tube super-heater of the first group 135MEW CFB boilers often over-heated during boilers start up and low load, which designed and produced by our company based on the CFB boiler technology absorbed and introduced from ALSTOM America, we have a study for all levels super-heater enthalpy-increase experiment on one of the real boilers. This paper is based on this study. It grows our understanding on heat-exchanging characteristic of CFB boiler and heat quantity distributing status of all levels super-heater and the result of different operating mode affected it. At the same time, this study not only helps us to find out and resolve problems but also provides modifying basis for improving thermal calculation.
