摘要
采用适度压缩膨胀石墨作为过滤材料对含乳化油的废水进行处理,通过改变适度压缩膨胀石墨块的密度和过滤速率等因素,研究适度压缩膨胀石墨对废水的除油率。研究结果表明,适度压缩膨胀石墨的密度对其过滤水的速率有显著影响,密度越低过滤水的速率越高。适当提高适度压缩膨胀石墨的密度,控制较低的过滤速率均可提高适度压缩膨胀石墨对乳化油处理的除油率。当过滤速度控制在1m/h左右,采用密度为0.025g/cm3的适度压缩膨胀石墨0.25g对200ml含油废水(含乳化油68.67mg/L)过滤10次,含油废水中油的含量可低于5mg/L。
The oily wastewater was treated by a filter material made of moderately compressed exfoliated graphite(CEG). The oil removal rate was studied by changing the density of CEG, filtration rate, etc. The results show that the density of CEG influence the water filtration rate. The lower the density of CEG, the higher the water filtration rate. The oil removal rate for oily wastewater can be enhanced by increasing the density of CEG and controlling the filtration rate. The oil concentration of oily wastewater can be reduced to less than 5mg/L when the oily wastewater (volume 200ml, oil concentration 68.67mg/L) is treated by one CEG bloek(0.25g, 0.025g/cm^1) with ten times if the filtration rate is about 1m/h.
