摘要
新城疫是危害世界养禽业的最严重的传染病之一,由于其传播速度快,给养殖业带来了极大的经济损失,因此对于该病的研究具有重要的意义。文章就新城疫诊断技术发展概况进行了综述,主要包括传统的病毒分离与鉴定、血清学诊断方法以及分子生物学检测方法。
Newcastle disease is one of the most serious avian disease destroying poultry industry in the world, which always results in great economic loss because of its rapid transmission. Therefore, it is very important to investigate Newcastle disease. In this article, the development of diagnostic technology for Newcastle disease, including virus isolation, serological diagnosis and molecular biological techniques involved in rapid detection, was reviewed briefly.
