不同输精部位对奶牛X性控冻精情期受胎率的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Seminiferous Places the Oestrus Fecundation Rate Using X Sex Control Freezing Sperm in Cow

摘要 为了验证不同输精部位对情期受胎率的影响,在发情开始后的20 h^24 h内进行人工授精,分别对子宫颈内口、子宫体分岔处、滤泡发育侧的子宫角大弯处、滤泡发育侧的子宫角小弯处4个不同输精部位的情期受胎率结果进行统计,分别为43.33%、50.00%、77.97%、80.00%,各组间差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,距离精子和卵子结合部位(输卵管壶腹部)越近,情期受胎率越高。表明最佳的输精部位是在滤泡发育侧的子宫角大弯到小弯之间。 In order to examine the effects of different seminiferous places on oestrus fecundation rates,artificial in semination was conducted inside uterus neck, in the forfication of uterus body, the big curve and small curve of uterus cornu in 20-24 h after oestrus. The statistical results showed that the oestrus fecundation rates were 43. 33%, 50. 00%, 77. 97%, 80. 00%, respectively, and the differences among the four groups were significant (P〈0. 01). The best seminiferous place was between the big curve and small curve of uterus cornu.
