摘要
使用计算流体力学(CFD)软件CFX对剪切变稀型流体混合特性进行了数值模拟。计算了剪切变稀型流体在不同转速下的自由液面高度及表面示踪粒子运动时间,并与实验进行了比较。搅拌槽直径D=480 mm,搅拌桨为45°两斜叶桨,无挡板,以某催化剂胶体为工作物料。自由液位高度计算方法采用VOF模型,层流状态。时间计算方法采用表面示踪粒子运动法,并比较了牛顿流体与剪切变稀型流体表面示踪粒子运动时间的差异。
The commercial software CFD with code CFX was used to simulate the flow and mixing characteristic of shear thinning liquid in a φ 480 mm agitating tank with two 45° pitch of paddles and without baffles, including the simulation of the height of free-surface and movement time of tracer-particle in free-surface. VOF,Lagrangian particle tracking and laminar flow model were used, and the result was compared to experiment result. The simulation results can give some useful information for the design of industrial agitating tank.
