摘要
以8-羟基喹林铝(AlQ)为主体材料,通过4(Dicyanomethylen)-2-methyl-6-(P-dimethylaminostyryl)-4H-pyran(DCM)红色发光材料的掺杂,制备了AlQ:Rubrene:DCM体系的高效率、高亮度的红色电致发光器件。器件结构为ITO/N,N'-Di-[(1-naphthalenyl)-N,N'-diphenyl]-(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'-diamine(NPB)/AlQ:Rubrene(3%):DCM(3%)/AlQ/Mg:Ag/Al,亮度为4330cd/m2,色坐标为(0.51,0.44),最大流明效率为6.77lm/W。
High efficiency red organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) using tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (AIQ) as host material fabricated via a thermal vacuum deposition process were investigated. Red organic EL devices with the structure of ITO/NPB/AIQ:Rubence(3%):DCM(3%)/AIQ/Mg:Ag/Al with a CIE coordinates of (0.45, 0.50), a maximum luminance of 4 330 cd/m^2, and a maximum luminance efficiency of 6.77 lm/W have been achieved.
