功能性消化不良97例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 消化不良症状分为器质性消化不良（OD）和功能性消化不良（FD）。FD是临床上常见的一种功能性胃肠病，是指具有上腹痛、胀、早饱、嗳气、食欲不振、恶心、呕吐等上腹不适症状，经检查排除引起这些症状的器质性疾病的一组临床综合征，症状可持续或反复发作，病程一般规定超过1个月或在12个月中累计〉12周。我院对97例消化不良患者进行回顾性调查，分析消化不良的病因、临床特点，现报道如下。
