NM23基因/NDPK、CD44v6蛋白表达在非小细胞肺癌中的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 肺癌分为非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)和小细胞肺癌(SCLC)两大类,其中NSCLC约占80%以上。目前肺癌总的5年生存率只有15%左右,90%以上患者死于肺瘤侵袭和转移的相关并发症。侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤的两个最主要的生物学特征和标志,近年来研究发现了与肿瘤转移呈正负相关的肿瘤转移相关基因和肿瘤转移抑制相关基因,前者的激活和(或)后者的失活能促进或导致肿瘤转移的发生。许多分子生物学标记与肺癌的预后密切相关,可以提示复发和转移的倾向。因此在NSCLC中检测nm23基因/NDPK及CD44v6的表达,对判断预后,预防及治疗NSCLC侵袭和转移将提供有效的途径,形成治疗的生物靶点等方面,均具有重要意义。
