2007年度鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布与耐药性分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布及耐药情况。方法:收集2007年度临床标本中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌198株,细菌鉴定采用法国生物梅里埃公司的鉴定卡,药敏试验采用KB扩散法,应用Whonet5软件统计,进行回顾性调查分析。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌在临床标本中的分离率居第四位;临床分布骨科为主,ICU病房次之,分离标本伤口分泌物最高,痰液次之;22种抗菌药物中,以亚胺培南耐药率最低。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌在临床标本中的检出率较高,耐药性强,多重耐药现象严重;且多数分布在手术科室或危重病房中,因此进行规范的耐药监测,联合使用敏感药物治疗相关感染,预防鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性产生变化。
