摘要
目的:探讨分析铜针的各种使用方法对血管瘤或血管畸形的治疗效果。方法:对体表血管瘤或血管畸形分别应用单纯留置铜针、瘤体结扎加铜针留置、铜针通电后切除病变,3种方法进行治疗。结果:临床治疗21例,治愈11例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率达95.2%。结论:应用铜针治疗血管瘤及血管畸形疗效肯定,与通电方法相结合效果可以提高。
Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of copper needles in different methods for the treatment of hemangioma and vascular malformation.Methods：Three methods including copper neeldes retention in the lesion only,vascular ligation with copper needles in the lesion and copper needles insertion combined with a direct current were used respectively for the treatment of 21 patients with hemangioma or vascular malformation.Results：Of 21 patients, 11 were cured,9 effective and 1 ease ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.2%.Conclusion：The effect of copper needle in the treatment of hemangioma and vascular malformation is definite ,the copper needle retention combined with a direct current has a better effect than copper needle retention only.
