摘要
目的:观察痛点复合臂丛神经阻滞后手法松解治疗高龄患者肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:高龄肩周炎患者60例,男25例,女35例,年龄71～86岁,病程1～18个月,先行痛点阻滞,然后行臂丛阻滞后手法松解肩关节。结果:60例患者中治愈54例,占91.0%;显效6例,占10.0%;未出现并发症。结论:痛点复合臂丛神经阻滞后手法松解治疗高龄患者肩周炎疗效好,安全性高,是治疗肩周炎的有效方法。
Objective ：To observe the chnical effect of pain point block combined with manipulation after brachial plexus block in treating shoulder periarthritis in the elderly patients. Methods：sixty elderly patients with shoulder periarthrits,male 25,femal 35,aged 71-86 years, courses of disease from 1-18 months, the pain point block combined with manipulation after brachial plexus block was used in these patients. Results：54（90%）patients were cured 6（10%） patients were greatly improved, and there was no patient with complication. Conclusion：The pain point block combined with manipulation after brachial plexus block in treating shoulder periarthritis in the elderly patients is an effective method, and the effect is rapid and safe.
