摘要
介绍了压敏电阻器和PTCR热敏电阻器的非热耦合组合应用,热耦合组合应用。对压敏热敏热耦合三端组件样品进行了测试,测试结果表明,压敏芯片对PTCR芯片的动作特性有影响,压敏芯片体积越大影响越大。采用较小尺寸的压敏电阻器与PTCR热敏电阻器组合,再与尺寸较大、压敏电压较高、吸收脉冲冲击能力较好的压敏电阻器一起应用效果好,安全性更有保障。
