摘要
选取厦门地区具有代表性的10种园林植物,经不同浓度盐水浇灌处理后,测定其相对生长量、叶片中Pro含量、叶片中MDA含量3个鉴定指标,对10种园林植物的耐盐性进行综合评价,结果表明:不同植物的耐盐能力有很大的差别,10个树种耐盐能力的大小顺序是:黄槐>大叶紫薇>天竺桂>黄槿>羊蹄甲>小叶榕>凤凰木>盆架子>台湾相思>菩提。
In the test,10 species of representative garden plants were selected to measure three identification indexs of relative growth,pro contents and MDA contents in leaves after saline treatment with different concerntrations,and salt tolerance of 10 species of plants were taken to comprehensively evaluate,the results showed that salt tolerance of different plants had significant difference,the order of salt tolerance of 10 species of plants was： Cassia surattensis 〉 Lagerstroemia specious 〉 Cinnamomum japonicum〉 Hibiscus tiliaceus 〉 Bauhiniavariegata 〉 Ficus concinna 〉 Flamboyanttree 〉 Alstonia scholaris 〉 Taiwan acacia 〉 Bodhi.
