摘要
本文推导了啁啾光脉冲的表达式，研究了不同调制状态下分布反馈半导体激光器的谱特性。
The expression of optical pulse shape is presented which includes wavelength chirping. The characteristics of spectrum under different modulation are studied and the growing procedure of the broadened spectrum is analyzed.
