摘要
研究了聚合塑料光纤纤芯聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)预制棒时,掺入不同含量分子量调节剂对塑料光纤各项性能的影响。并采用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚的方法制取纤芯预制棒,考察其共聚比例与光纤性能的关系。在此基础上,寻找比较合适的分子量调节剂含量及共聚比例。
This paper studys the effects of amount of molecular weight regulator on fiber's properties,when polymerizing the PMMA preform rod of plastic optical fiber.We have made preform rod with copolymer of butylacrylate(BA) and methly methyacrylate(MMA). The relation of copolymer composition to POF's properties is also studied.Based on these, the optimum amount of molecular weight regulator and copolymer composition are found out.
