摘要
目的观察理活丸治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效及其安全性,初步探讨其对乳腺增生病患者黄体期血清性激素的影响。方法选择300例乳腺增生病患者,随机分为治疗组200例和对照组100例,治疗组给予理活丸口服,对照组给予乳癖消口服,疗程3个月,痊愈患者随访3个月;每组随机抽取50例患者检测治疗前后黄体期血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)及睾丸酮(T)激素水平。结果治疗组总有效率91%,明显高于对照组,且远期疗效稳定;治疗组治疗后血清E2、PRL降低,P回升,FSH、LH、T变化无显著性差异,对照组治疗后血清E2、PRL降低,P、T回升,两组比较有显著性差异。结论理活丸治疗乳腺增生病疗效确切,无明显不良反应,对乳腺增生病患者的性激素水平失调有一定改善作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Lihuo Pills for treating cyclomastopathy in clinic and to investigate its influence on serum levels of sexual hormones of luteal phase in the patients with cyclomastopathy. Method The patients with cyclomastopathy （ n = 300） were chosen and divided randomly into the treatment group （n = 200） treated with Lihuo Pills orally, and the control group （n = 100） treated with Rupixiao Capsules orally. One treatment course was for 3 months and then the cured patients were followed up for 3 months. From two groups random 50 cases were selected respectively for the detection of the serum levels of estradiol （E2 ）, progesterone （P）, folliclestimulating hormone （FSH）, luteal hormone （LH）, prolactin （PRL） and testosterone （T） in luteal phase before and after the treatment. Result The total effective rate was 91% in the treatment group with a stable long-term effect, which was much higher than that in the control group. In the treatment group the serum levels of E2 and PRL decreased, P level increased, and the levels of FSH, LH and T was not significant different after the treatment. In the control group the serum levels of E2 and PRL decreased, levels of P and T increased after the treatment with significant difference. Conclusion Lihuo Pills had reliable curative effect on cyclomastopathy with no obvious side effects. It can relieve, to some extent, the disorder of sexual hormone level in the patients with cyclomastopathy.
