摘要
建立了矿用自卸车 A 形架有限元模型,确定了典型计算工况和分析边界条件,应用有限元方法分析了 A 形架应力分布规律,给出了满载静止、启动工况、制动工况时油气悬挂刚度对 A 形架应力的影响规律。结果表明:应力最大值发生在 A 形架根部圆角处,应力集中系数为4.7,应力最大值与断裂位置一致;当油气悬挂刚度大于586 MN/m 时,A 形架危险截面处的应力几乎不再下降。
This article establishes the.finite element model of A-shape frame of the mining dumper, confirms the typical computing work conditions and analytical boundary conditions, analyzes the stress distribution of the A-shape frame by the finite element method, and then gets the influence regulations of the hydro-pneumatic suspension stiffness to the A-shape frame stress when it is in the situations of full load-and-inaction, startup work condition and stop work condition. The results show that the maximum stress value occurs at root fillets of the A-shape frame and stress concentration factor is 4.7. The maximum stress value is consistent with the fracture position. When the hydro-pneumatic suspension stiffness is more than 586 MN/m, the stress of dangerous cross-section in the A-shape frame hardly decreases. The study helps the better improvement design on the A-shape frame.
