摘要
农民工在新农村建设中的地位显著,加强农民工培训工作对新农村建设具有很强的现实意义。对当前农民工培训存在的一些问题的成因进行了具体分析,提出了行之有效的对策。
The status of migrant workers in the new rural construction was significant. Strengthening migrant workers training in new rural construction showed highly realistic significance. Some problems existed in migrant workers training was concretely analyzed, and several effective measures were put forward.
